🕯️ What kind of wax do you use?
We use 100% natural soy wax for a clean, slow burn. No paraffin, no toxins—just good vibes and great scent.
📦 Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping is always on the table for all U.S. orders. No code, no catch.
⏱️ How long will it take to get my candle?
Most orders ship within 2–7 business days. Personalized or high-demand items may take up to 10 days. We’ll email you tracking info as soon as it’s on the way!
📝 Can I customize a candle?
Absolutely. Many of our candles can be personalized with names, dates, or photos. Check the product page for details—and be sure to double-check your spelling!
💔 What if my candle arrives damaged?
That’s not the vibe. If your candle arrives broken, melted, or just plain wrong, email us at info@cleverflames.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
🔁 What’s your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and not custom/personalized. Email us first—we’ll walk you through it.
🌎 Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently only ship within the U.S.—but we're working on expanding!
💡 How do I care for my candle?
Trim the wick to ¼” before each burn. Let the wax melt fully across the top before blowing it out. Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time. And keep pets, curtains, and chaos away from the flame.
