What kind of wax do you use?
We use 100% natural soy wax for a clean, slow burn. No paraffin and no unnecessary drama, just an elegant glow and a beautifully considered fragrance.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is complimentary on all U.S. orders. No code, no minimum, and certainly no scavenger hunt at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my candle?
Most orders ship within 2–7 business days. Personalized pieces and high-demand designs may require up to 10 business days. Tracking details will arrive by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Can I personalize a candle?
Absolutely. Many designs can be tailored with names, dates, photographs, or meaningful details. Available options appear on each product page. A final spelling check is always chic.
What if my candle arrives damaged?
Not quite the grand entrance we had in mind. If your candle arrives broken, melted, or incorrect, email info@cleverflames.com within 7 days of delivery. We will make it right.
What is your return policy?
Return requests may be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Custom and personalized products are not eligible for return. Email us before sending anything back, and we will guide you through the process.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States while we carefully consider what comes next. World domination should never be rushed.
How should I care for my candle?
Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn. Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface, never burn for more than four hours at a time, and keep the flame away from children, pets, drafts, curtains, and other sources of chaos.
