Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it— unused, unlit, and in its original packaging. 

How to Start a Return To start a return, please contact us at shopbunnyllc@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, you will be provided with instructions on where to send your package. Please note: the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and any loss in value if the item isn’t returned in original condition. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will work with you to evaluate and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please get in touch with us.


Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we'll issue a new order to replace the product.


Refunds Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
